About the Book

Advances in microbiome research have transformed the understanding of how gut microbes influence human health, paving the way for personalized nutrition strategies that go beyond traditional dietary guidelines. Human gut microbiota plays a critical role in nutrient metabolism and even behavioral health, making it a key determinant of individual responses to food. By leveraging microbial profiling and data insights, personalized nutrition aims to tailor dietary interventions to an individual's unique microbiome composition. Microbial Approaches to Personalized Nutrition explores how utilizing nutrients is crucial to understanding the human microbiome. This book also explains how AI can be used to recommend microbiologically targeted diets. Covering topics such as nutrition, AI, and microbial, this book is an excellent resource for academicians, healthcare professionals, doctors, industry professionals, and more.
