He has more than 25 years of research experience and has led projects suppored by the Department of Science and Technology, Department of Biotechnology, and Science and Engineering Research Board. His academic activities include supervising doctoral and postdoctoral researchers and medical trainees across MD, MS, DM, and MCh programmes.
