What an excellent read. This book is divided into three main parts. The first part of the book explains the benefits of intermittent fasting and how to go about your fasting and nonfasting days. The second part, which is the biggest section, includes a variety of recipes. The recipes are low calorie, imaginative and scrumptious. Swiss and pear omelet, Italian chicken, apple walnut load, stuffed pepper. I have been following the recipes for three weeks while doing a 16 hour daily fast and have lost 12 lbs.
