Connor does a great job explaining fasting and proving to us why most diets don't work. Although it might be difficult at first, stick with it. It gets easier. I have been fasting for about 6 months and have seen a variety of health improvements. So far I have lost 25 lbs. In addition, my leptin and cholesterol levels are improved. I also have more energy and focus at work. This a must for anyone who is interested in this form of eating.
