Review :
“A light guiding for HR professionals as well as corporate executives toward a future that entails the integration of innovation and human expertise. . . . The analysis of real-life case studies and the presentation of implementation of best practices provide a vision of the future. Heaps of information, different points of view, as well as essential tips that can help to leverage the opportunity of robot advisors to reinvent the processes of HRM and contribute to corporate triumph. This book provides much-needed guidance regarding the somewhat cloudy area of interaction of technology and human capital in the 21st century, regardless of whether you are a practicing HRM looking for means and ways to advance or a curious soul in search of the future of work.”
