William Kelly William Kelly is the owner of Kelly HR, an HR consulting services firm specializing in providing HR consulting services and support for small business enterprises. Kelly has over 40 years of HR experience, including 17 years as an instructor for he University of California. He will be one of the first instructors to teach for the new SHRM certifications.
