William Dugan

Bill Dugan serves as the chair of the U.S. Disputes Employment Group and co-chair of the North American Employment Disputes Group. Bill represents employers in litigation matters across the U.S. before state and federal courts, EEOC, NLRB, .S. Department of Labor, FINRA and various other state and federal administrative agencies. His experience includes: nationwide class actions involving race discrimination in pay, promotions and other terms and conditions of employment; lead trial counsel on EEOC pattern or practice litigation, trade secret matters, and discrimination, wage and hour, FCRA and Title III class and collective actions, including the largest EEOC pay and promotion case and the largest private employment class and collective action in the U.S.; tried numerous cases to verdict, including the first sexual orientation lawsuit in Illinois, a multi-plaintiff discrimination case tried to nine weeks before a Detroit jury, a forty-eight-day NLRB unfair labor practice hearing; and a USD 50,000,000 FINRA arbitration.
