Andrew J Boling

Andrew J. Boling is a partner in the Chicago office of Baker & McKenzie LLP. He represents multinational employers in a variety of cross-border employment law matters. Mr. Boling also counsels and represents employers and management in all ypes of U.S. employment and labor matters. He has represented companies in hundreds of lawsuits and administrative proceedings throughout the United States. Mr. Boling has written and lectured extensively on employment law issues, and most recently on the extraterritorial application of U.S. employment laws, data protection laws and employee privacy, cross-border enforcement of restricted covenants and cross-border employment agreements.
