I dutifully attended Elementary and high school while taking on various part-time employments, but neve once giving writing that first thought.Graduating high school in 1966 I joined the U.S. Navy. At some point "I mysteriously volunteered" for submarine service. Still, no inclinations for serious writing.But, one night in 2013, I was awakened midsleep and was very motivated to start typing up a story, out of nowhere, that became the basis of today's novella, A Summons. This "inspiration" continues today with the sequel, The Final Summons, and possibly more?In 2019 I was afflicted with a stroke that relieved me of my dominant right side capabilities. All typing after the initial base story, now had to be learned and performed by my unaffected left side. Trying and frustrating? Certainly.
