Soumen DasDr. Soumen Das is a Scientific Officer at the Indira Gandhi Center for Atomic Research (IGCAR), Tamil Nadu, India. He works on semiconductors, ferroelectric and magnetic oxide thin films and nanostructured materials. He has published peer-reviewed reearch articles and book chapters on semiconductor and ceramic materials.
