S. Rakesh Kumar, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, at GITAM University, Bengaluru. He has published reputed 40+ journal articles (SCI journals & Scopus indexed), presented papers in nationa/ international conferences, published book chapters in CRC Press, IGI global, Springer, Elsevier, and has edited books with Wiley and CRC Press. Dr. Kumar has six Indian patents and his research interests include Big data Analytics, IoT and networks, and cloud computing. He is an active reviewer in Bentham Science Journal, Mobile Networks and Applications, Expert systems with applications, Sustainable Computing: Informatics and Systems, IEEE Internet of Things, Expert systems.
