Ruth Veres Ruth Veres is a science writer and editor with 25 years of experience in textbook publishing. She obtained her BA from Swarthmore college and MA degrees from Columbia University in NY and Tufts University. In addition to developing and editing moe than 30 texts in the fields of political science, economics, psychology, nutrition, chemistry, and biology, she has co-authored a book on the immune system and an introductory biology text.
