Roger Wessel Roger P. Wessel, is the Principal of RPW Technologies, Inc., consultants, involved largely with the engineering, management, and operations of commercial and industrial facilities. He is a Registered Professional Engineer with forty years of exprience involving power plants and facilities design, engineering, construction, and operations. Formerly, as a Senior Program Manager at Raytheon Engineers and Constructors, Inc., he was responsible for various energy conservation, waste-to-energy, and thermal energy storage projects at several Raytheon facilities, as well as other industrial and commercial facilities.
