He has taught on the faculty of both U.S. and international graduate schools and, as an ordained Presbyterian pastor,he has served churches in the United States and Europe. He has extensive experience in adapting the case method approach to conflict resolution and is the author of a number of books in areas such as human rights, education, development and theology.
