Richard B RamsayDr. Ramsay was a missionary in Chile for 21 years, teaching in a seminary and planting churches. There he met his wife, Angelica. They now live in Florida and they have two adult children. For the past 25 years, they have worked internationally in ditance education, traveling to teach classes and producing resources for theological education and leadership training.
