Pradip Kumar Sadhu

Dr. Pradip Kumar Sadhu is a Professor (HAG) and former Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad, India. He has more than two decades of teaching, research, and academic leadership experiece. His research expertise includes power electronics and drives, high-frequency converters, multiphase systems, condition monitoring, intelligent control, underground mine communication and safety systems, and grid-connected renewable energy technologies including solar photovoltaic applications. He has guided many Ph.D., M.Tech., and B.Tech. scholars and has been the principal investigator and collaborator in several sponsored research projects. Dr. Sadhu has authored or co-authored over 250 research papers in reputed international journals and conferences, holds multiple Indian patents, and has contributed to several edited books and technical monographs.
