Paul HeintzmanAssociate Professor of Leisure Studies at the University of Ottawa, holds a Ph.D. in Recreation and Leisure Studies (Waterloo) and a Masters of Christian Studies degree (Regent, Vancouver). His teaching focuses on leisure concepts, parks as well as rcreation and the environment. He authored Leisure and Spirituality: Biblical, Historical and Contemporary Perspectives (2015), edited a special issue of Leisure/Loisir on leisure and spirituality (2009), and co-edited Christianity and Leisure: Issues in a Pluralistic Society (1994/2006).
