Paul Bovend Eert

Paul Bovend'Eert (born 26 June 1957) is professor of Constitutional Law at the Radboud University of Nijmegen, Netherlands, and deputy judge at the District Court of Gelderland. In 1988 the University of Nijmegen awarded him a doctorate degree in law for a thesis on coalition agreements in the Dutch parliamentary democracy. He teaches Constitutional Law and Comparative Constitutional Law. He is author of an Introduction to Dutch Constitutional Law (2015), co-author of a Manual on the Dutch Parliament (2017) and author of a Treatise on the Judiciary and the Administration of Justice (2013). He is joint editor and co-author of a handbook on the Constitutional Law of the EU Member States (2014). He has been Dean of the faculty of law of the RadboudUniversity (2010-2014).
