Parris BaileyDuring the 1970s, Frank and his wife Parris encountered Christ during the "Jesus Movement" on the New Orleans Lakefront. After graduating from God's Army Seminary of the Bible in California, they returned home to begin Victory Assembly- now Victory Curch, where they have served as the founders and Senior Pastors for almost 50 years. Seventeen years ago, she founded Mary's Song Women's Restoration Center, a Christ-centered residential program that has helped countless women find freedom from addiction, trauma, and life-controlling issues. Pastor Parris alongside Pastor Frank, co-authored The Wonder of Christ at Advent, The Gospel of John a two volume commentary on the book of John. In addition, they write the daily devotional blog Fisherman.
