Frank BaileyDuring the 1970s, Frank and his wife Parris encountered Christ during the "Jesus Movement" on the New Orleans Lakefront. After graduating from God's Army Seminary of the Bible in California, they returned home to begin Victory Assembly- now Victory Curch, where they have served as the founders and Senior Pastors for almost 50 years. Pastor Frank carries a hunger for revival and has ministered around the world, where the Holy Spirit has moved through joy, healing, and deliverance. Under his and Pastor Parris's leadership, Victory Church has become known for its community outreach and evangelistic ministries, including the multimedia production Beyond the Grave and the annual July 4th free food festival Feed the Multitudes. Their vision has also birthed several ministries including Victory Christian Academy, Bethesda College, and Mary's Song Restoration Center for Women.Pastor Frank is the author of multiple books-The Unseen World of the Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit the Promised One, The Eye of the Storm, and, with Pastor Parris, The Wonder of Christ at Advent, and their most recent release, The Gospel of John, a two volume commentary on the book of John.
