Nora Marks DauenhauerNora Marks Dauenhauer (1927–2017) was a Tlingit author, poet, and scholar. She was a member of the Lukaax̱.ádi (Sockeye Salmon) clan and the Shaka Hít (Canoe Prow House) and Tlingit was her first language.
