Nick CarbóNick Carbó was born in Legazpi, Bicol in the Philippines. He graduated from St. Mary's University with a BA in English and Sarah Lawrence College with an MFA in Creative Writing. He has authored five books of poetry, the most recent one before Epithaamion being Chinese, Japanese, What are these? He has been awarded fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and the New York Foundation for the Arts.
