Michael J LeachMichael J. Leach (@m_jleach) is an Australian poet and academic who works at the Monash University School of Rural Health. Michael's poems have appeared in journals such as Cordite Poetry Review and Plumwood Mountain, anthologies such as annual editions of The Best Australian Science Writing (NewSouth Publishing, 2024 and 2025), and his poetry books Chronicity (Melbourne Poets Union, 2020), Natural Philosophies (Recent Work Press, 2022), and Rural Ecologies (Recent Work Press, 2024).
