With a decade of NFL experience, he served as Assistant to the Head Coach for the Chicago Bears and managed Labor Operations at NFL Hadquarters. His journey took a bold turn into the world of politics, where he shaped historic initiatives as the Chief People Officer and Head of DEI for a successful Presidential Campaign in 2020, later making history as the first-ever Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for the White House.
