Luis E. F. Foa TorresLuis E. F. Foa Torres is a condensed matter physicist and Associate Professor of Physics at the University of Chile. Previous positions include Professor and CONICET Independent Research Scientist in Argentina, and fellow of the Alexander von Humbold Foundation in Dresden, Germany.
