Li Jing

Dr Li Jing is Lecturer of Law at International Law School of ECUPL. She graduated from the Law School of Wuhan University and received her Bachelor, Master and Doctoral Degree there. She studied in the Hague Academy of International Law in the yea of 2005 and 2009. Since 2006, she has become a member of Chinese Academy on Private International Law, Chinese Academy on International Law and Shanghai Academy of Law. Her research focuses on the areas of Conflict of Laws, International Civil Litigation Law and Transnational Disputes Resolution. Her recent book is Forum Shopping in International Civil Litigation (Peking University Press, 2008). Her most recent articles have dealt with the civil jurisdiction in Chinese Civil Procedure Law and transnational human rights litigation.
