Laura oversees all aspects of fundraising and alumni relations for a staff of 40 and is leading the university into its Centennial Capital Campaign in 2006.She is author of the recently published book, Developing Major Gifts: Turning Small Donors into Big Contributors. She teaches nonprofit business management, major gift and planned giving courses at the University of Pennsylvania, Duke University, Columbia University and the Smithsonian Institution.
