Krishna UdayasankarKrishna Udayasankar is part of the International Business Group within the Marketing and International Business Division of Nanyang Business School in Nanyang Technological University (NTU). She holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from NTU, a graduate degree in International Business from the University of Sydney, and an honours degree in Law from the National Law School of India University.Dr. Udayasankar's research interests span the broad and dynamic field of business-government-society interactions. She has published papers on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in leading journals such as Journal of Business Ethics. She has also garnered awards for her work on international Corporate Governance, including the Best Distinguished Paper Award at the Academy of Management Conference in 2005 and Highly Commended Paper award at the foremost International Conference on Corporate Governance in 2008.Dr. Udayasankar brings to the classroom her diverse experiences as a trained lawyer, NGO activist, corporate executive, and business consultant.
