Karen EdgeKaren Edge is Pro Vice Provost (International) at UCL and Reader in Educational Leadership at IOE, UCL’s Faculty of Education and Society, University College London, UK. Karen was Principal Investigator of the ESRC-funded Global City SchoolLeaders Project examining Generation X leaders’ careers and aspirations in London, New York and Toronto. Karen works globally with schools and organisations to explore leadership, talent spotting, retention and system change.
