Jeffrey MooreJeffrey Moore is Professor of Management and disability intelligence researcher at Anderson University, South Carolina. Raised in France, he earned his PhD from the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis (IAE). His work focuses on transforming organizatonal cultures through complexity leadership and employing people with disabilities. He leads Anderson University’s research team, partnering with Walgreens and Sephora on disability employment practices. He has authored book chapters (2017, 2019, 2023) and published in AMLE, JMD, and ODJ. Dr. Moore was keynote at Handong Global University–UNAI (2022, South Korea) on enterprises embracing disability inclusion. Awards include Best Paper (2019 Dutch HRM Network) and AOM’s Outstanding Scholar-Practitioner Collaboration (2015).
