James BartlettJames E. Bartlett, II , Ph.D., has 24 years of Teaching Experience. He is currently working as Associate Professor of Postsecondary and Workforce Development at Old Dominion University and Director of the Community College Leadership Ph.D. program. H also worked as Executive Director for the Association for Career and Technical Education Research. He has published research streams, including topics of postsecondary career and technical education, business partnerships, community college improvement, doctoral education, and improving individual and organizational performance. He has published over 40 referred journals and presented research methods and other topics at over 200 national and international conferences. He has also edited numerous professional research journals, including special editions on research methods, and chaired over 75 dissertations.
