Irene ChenIrene Chen received her Doctor of Education in Instructional Technology from University of Houston in 1998. Currently, she is an Associate Professor in the Department of Urban Education at the University of Houston Downtown. Dr. Chen has diverse profssional experiences. Previously, she is instructional technology specialist, learning technology coordinator, and computer programmer/analyst.
