Gary TrewGary Trew is a British-Canadian author whose memoir The Hate Game: Screaming in the Silence won multiple awards, including the Independent Author Awards for Memoir and Historical Nonfiction and the Readers' Favorite Silver Medal. He is also the autho of the prequel memoir The Lie That Changed Everything and the creator of the children's series The Legend of Sticky Hands. Before turning to writing full-time, Gary worked in policing, ministry, and child protection, experiences that shaped his blend of humour and emotional insight.
