Anyone's Son, from 3: A Taos Press,was honored with Best First Book of Poetry from the Texas Institute of Letters (2020). Meischen's work has appeared in The Common, Copper Nickel, The Gettysburg Review, Naugatuck River Review, The San Pedro River Review,, and elsewhere. A former juror for the Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts, he is an alumnus of the Jentel Arts residency program.
