Dan R DickDan R. Dick is a retired United Methodist pastor, living with his wife, Barbara, and their cat, Isaiah, in Mars Hill, North Carolina. Dan was the lead pastor at People's United Church in Oregon, Wisconsin, from 2021-2025. He served as Assistant to th Bishop in the Wisconsin Annual Conference from 2015 to 2021, and before that, he served as Director of Connectional Ministries from 2009 to 2015. Dan worked for the General Board of Discipleship in Nashville, Tennessee, for 15 years, providing resources in stewardship, leadership development, spiritual formation, congregational and conference planning, spiritual direction, spiritual gifts discovery, and conflict transformation. He served on the General Board of Church and Society for four years and was a member of the Executive Committee of the National Plan for Hispanic Ministry for eight years.
