Colleen CoolColleen Cool (PhD) is an associate professor in the Graduate School of Library and Information Studies, Queens College, CUNY. Her research and teaching areas include Digital Libraries, Human-computer Interaction, Interactive Information Retrieval andHuman Information Behavior. Dr. Cool's research has been funded by the Institute for Museum & Library Studies (IMLS) and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
