Chick LudwigChick (Charles) grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida in the 1950s-60s; but over the years has lived in north Florida, the coast of North Carolina, and the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina. Over the years, his experiences have led to him writing hort stories about them. Some of his stories are true while others are inspired by real-life experiences. He is now retired and living in Henderson County, North Carolina. His main interest, other than writing short stories is messing about in boats. He lives with his wife, Debbie, a dog, three cats, and a bunch of turtles. He is the author of two previous books containing short stories, 'The Adventures of Apple John: the Man - the Myth.'
