Andy SilversANDY SILVERS (Harvey Alter) is an author, filmmaker, and YouTuber who was born in Luga, Russia. His parents adopted him at the age of three and brought him to America where he required many surgeries to fix orthopedic issues including scoliosis, hip isalignment, and more. The Silvers also adopted four more kids from Russia in the early 2000s. After transferring credits from community college, he graduated Suma Cum Laude from Liberty University's Zaki Gordon Center. In 2021, he released an original short film entitled "Snapshot" that tackles oft-ignored themes of adoption and disability. This film won a newly-invented award in the Mozi Motion Int. Film Festival called "Accessibility." In 2020, Andy began writing novels and other books starting with Red Sprites and Blue Jets, a coming-of-age story for ages 8-12. Following this was a children's picture book called The Very Colorful Caterpillar inspired by the Eric Carle book. While wrapping up film school, he devised his first novella called Solomon Grando vs the Jupiter Witch; this book follows a vampire who must save the world during an epidemic outbreak while battling his greatest fear-witches.
