Daniel Raisch received his Ph.D. in Educaitonal Administration from Miami University in 1973.  He began his career as a high school teacher, principal, and superintendent before joining the faculty at the University of Dayton as an assistant profesor in 1991.  Since that time, he has served as department chair for Teacher Education and, since 1998, as Associate Dean of the School of Education and Allied Professions.
