Arnaldo SantosArnaldo Santos is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Sciences and Technologies of Portugal Open University. Invited Professor at the Department of Communication and Art of the University of Aveiro. He is a vice director of the doctorate progam in web sciences and technology. He completed his PhD studies at the University of Aveiro, where he obtained degrees in Communication Sciences and Technology. He has participated as author and coauthor in 4 books and more than 100 papers published in international conferences and journals, as well as in several research projects. His current research interests are Learning Organizations, Digital Transformation, Learning Systems and Knowledge Management.
