About the Author :
Henrique Mamede is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Science and Technology of the Open University. Coordinator of the Master in Information and Business Systems. He has his PhD in Information Systems and Technologies from the University of Minho. Master in Informatics from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon. He also has a degree in Computer Engineering from COCITE. He is a consultant in Information Systems and Architectures, Applications and Technologies. Arnaldo Santos is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Sciences and Technologies of Portugal Open University. Invited Professor at the Department of Communication and Art of the University of Aveiro. He is a vice director of the doctorate program in web sciences and technology. He completed his PhD studies at the University of Aveiro, where he obtained degrees in Communication Sciences and Technology. He has participated as author and coauthor in 4 books and more than 100 papers published in international conferences and journals, as well as in several research projects. His current research interests are Learning Organizations, Digital Transformation, Learning Systems and Knowledge Management. He has more than 25 years of experience in management in the Corporate Sector, where he was the Communication and Learning Director.
