Albert J CascieroAlbert J. Casciero received a BA in Fine Arts from City College of New York in 1973 and a MA in Educational Technology from Columbia University in 1975. He taught media courses and lectured here and abroad and is also the author of books and articlesin the discipline. He served as member of the Board of Directors of Filmfest DC, The International Film Festival, since its beginnings. He has also served as member of many award review panels for such institutions as the National Endowment for the Arts, the DC Commission for the Arts and Humanities, and the Council for International Non-theatrical Events (CINE). He has produced, directed, and photographed several film and video documentaries and multimedia productions. He received a CINE Golden Eagle for Carlos Fuentes: a Man of Two Worlds.
