About the Author :
Dr. Rohit Bansal is working as an Adjunct Faculty in Pacific College Sydney, Australia. He is also working as a Faculty in Department of Management Studies in Vaish College of Engineering, Rohtak. He is a perseverant, passionate academician cum seasoned professional. He obtained Ph.D. in Management from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. With a rich experience of 17 years, he has achieved growth through robust and proactive academic initiatives. He has authored & edited 42 books with renowned national & international publishers including Springer, IGI Global USA, Scrivener-Wiley Publishing, De Gruyter, Germany, Central West Publishing, Australia etc. In addition to, Dr. Rohit has published 160 research papers and chapters in journals of repute including Scopus indexed as well as edited books. His research work is published in leading publishers like Springer, MDPI, HIndawi, IGI Global, Cell Press, De Gruyter, Elseveir, Inderscience, Wiley etc. He has also presented papers in 55 conferences and seminars including IIM Indore, IIM Ranchi, IIM Jammu and IIM Kozhikode. His area of interest includes marketing management, organizational behavior, services marketing, customer engagement, digital marketing, influencer marketing, human resource management, emerging technologies, e-learning and climate change. He is Managing Editor of International Journal of 360° Management Review. He has served as member of technical committee in many international conferences. He has acted as Session Chair and speaker in many international conferences. He has been awarded many times for contribution to academics and research.He is a member of many national and international organizations. Dr. Fazla Rabby is a dynamic and innovative business manager with a robust educational background, extensive teaching experience, and a proven track record in academia and industry. Dr. Fazla Rabby earned his PhD from the University of Southern Queensland while his Master in Information Systems is from Central Queensland University, along with various other credentials that further enhanced his business and information technology skills. Dr. Rabby is currently the Director at the Stanford Institute of Management and Technology, where he manages the academic department and oversees regulatory matters in coordination with the government and other key stakeholders. His commitment to research is a cornerstone of his academic journey, manifesting in a series of impactful publications spanning diverse and rapidly evolving fields. Notably, his research contributions include insightful books, book chapters and articles focused on cutting-edge topics such as Blockchain Technology, Digital Marketing, and Artificial Intelligence. These publications reflect his dedication to expanding the boundaries of knowledge and demonstrate a proactive engagement with emerging technologies that are pivotal in today's academic landscape. During my tenure as an Academic at different universities and institutes, Dr Fazla Rabby played a pivotal role in fostering a dynamic learning environment. Collaborating with fellow academics, He actively refined teaching methods, emphasising innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience. Ridhima Sharma is an Assistant Professor of Management at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies-Technical Campus. With a teaching and research experience of 12 years, she has contributed several articles to the journals of national & international repute and have presented papers in national and international conferences apart from authoring books. Her research interest includes Customer Relationship Management & sustainable consumer behavior. She is currently pursuing Post Doc from Amity University, Dubai. Dr. Dalima Parwani is currently the esteemed Principal of Sant Hirdaram Girls College, Bhopal. Before assuming this prestigious role, she demonstrated her academic leadership as the Academic Coordinator and led the Computer Science Department at SHGC with distinction. A keen academician, Dr. Parwani has been recognized with a Post Graduate Program in AI and Machine Learning from the reputable University of Texas, Austin. Her intense research work, concluded in 2019, sheds light on the “Detection and Prevention of Distributed Denial of Service Attack in Inter-Cloud Systems,” solidifying her expertise in the domain. With degrees in B.Ed. and M.Ed., she passionately delves into the nuances of teaching, learning, and assessment techniques, particularly in the context of the integration of ICT in education. Her knowledge and proficiency are widely recognized, as she serves on the Board of Studies for Computer Science at both Barkatullah University, Bhopal, and Bhopal School of Social Sciences. She also contributes significantly as a member of the Examination Committee at Barkatullah University. Dr. Parwani's accolades are a testament to her dedication and commitment. She has been lauded with awards such as the SAGE Women’s Award 2024, Sheros Shakti Samman 2023, SREE NEC 2023, the Global Ambassador of Peace Award (New Delhi, 2022), the Madhya Pradesh Gaurav Ratna Samman 2022, and many more, including recognitions from Navduniya and Dainik Bhaskar in 2021. Beyond her academic and administrative roles, Dr. Parwani showcases a personal touch as a counsellor, especially for her students. Serving as the UGC Nodal Officer, she frequently shares inspirational videos on social media, offering motivation and guidance. Additionally, she is an adept speaker on a range of subjects beyond her academic specialty, including Emotional Intelligence, Time Management, Life Skills, and the art of navigating through adversities, exemplifying her holistic approach to education and life Dr. Arti Gupta is Assistant Professor at Department of Management Studies at J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA Faridabad. Prior to that she was teaching at National Institute of Technology (NIT Delhi). Arti has also worked with Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) as Research Associate. Dr. Arti is an academician – an alumnus of Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad (IIIT Allahabad), Prayagraj. she has been teaching UG, PG and Doctoral students at since 2009.
