About the Book
The most important factor in maximizing recurring cash flow is effective decision-making. Every day, you and your team will be making hundreds of decisions covering every aspect of your business, decisions which could make or break your success. In a perfect world, every decision is based on business planning and data analytics, with much less focus on past experiences, common sense, guessing, and certainly not in a panic or crisis event. This is not a perfect world. For this reason, this book is specifically designed to help you make the most effective decisions for your company. Every business is different, every management team and staff have different skills, knowledge, objectives and backgrounds, federal, state, and local laws, taxes, and regulations differ substantially, and competition changes. Only you and your team can make the most effective decisions for your business. My key reason for writing this book is to provide you - the reader- and your team to develop the mindset to understand every need of your company, and make the most effective daily and ongoing decisions, which may impact your own company. How will your management team analyze every possible issue and develop possible solutions? These and other issues are discussed in each chapter in this book. I've also included specific stories of events which illustrate the impact of well-done or poor decision-making. Follow the processes described in this book and you will be positioned to reach your maximum level of success. Always remember that no decision is final - there factors may require you to revise decisions as circumstances dictate.

Review :
Several years ago, Bruce and I "clicked" based on our mutual view that although profit is like food, cash flow is indeed like oxygen...particularly for the new entrepreneur who will quickly determine which of the two is most vital for survival. His latest book continues to carry the "cash flow torch" but he's now broken it down into dynamic planning applications and functional sections. Equally important is his experience, relating the many situations throughout this book into which he's introduced his vital perspectives with tremendous results, both in a banking setting and as a business advisor for firms both established and startup.
Alan Adams, Assistant Professor of Finance, Dean College
Bruce Share combines his focus on cash flow and business forecasting fundamentals with concrete techniques to marry this daily practice to answering big picture questions. We are living through times which require both: as the outside world is having an outsized effect on our local economies even as more of our neighbors engage in bottom-up approaches to support small business. Take what Bruce tells you to heart: He has the experience and perspective to be considered a sage of our business environment.
Scott Graves, Real Estate Developer
This book is a must-read for anyone looking to start a business and position their company for long-term success. It's an easy-to-follow, comprehensive guide that not only walks you through the process of launching a business but also provides valuable references, actionable recommendations, and real-life examples drawn from Bruce's shared experiences.
