Daniel-I. Stroe received a Dipl.-Ing. degree in automatics from “Transilvania" University of Brasov, Romania, in 2008, and an M.Sc. degree in wind power systems from Aalborg University, Aalborg, Denmark, in 2010. He has been with the Department of Energy at Aalborg University (AAU-Energy) since 2010, from where he obtained his Ph.D. degree in lifetime modeling of Lithium-ion batteries in 2014. He is currently an Associate Professor with AAU Energy and the leader of the Batteries research group. He was a Visiting Researcher with RWTH Aachen, Germany, in 2013, and since 2022, he has been a visiting professor at Czech Technical University in Prague, Czechia. He has co-authored over 200 scientific peer-reviewed publications, most of them on topics related to Lithium-ion battery performance and lifetime modeling and battery state estimation. Furthermore, he is serving as a special issue editor and topic editor for various journals. Daniel’s current research interests are in energy storage systems for grid and e-mobility, Lithium-based battery testing and modeling, and lifetime estimation and diagnostics of Lithium-ion batteries.     Nasimuddin received his B.Sc. degree in 1994 from Jamia Millia Islamia, India, and his M.Tech. (Microwave Electronics) and Ph.D. degrees in 1998 and 2004, respectively, from the University of Delhi, India. Dr. Nasimuddin has worked as a Senior Research Fellow (1999-2003) in DST sponsored project and CSIR grant as a senior Research Fellow in Engineering Science at the Department of Electronic Science, University of Delhi, India. He has worked as an Australian Postdoctoral Research Fellow (2004-2006) in awarded a Discovery project grant from the Australian Research Council at Macquarie University, Australia. Currently, he is working as a principal scientist at the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), A*STAR, Singapore. He has published 235 journal and conference technical papers on microstrip-based microwave antennas and components. Three US/SG patents have been granted and four filed on antenna technologies. He has edited two books and contributed a chapter to the book “Microstrip Antennas” published in 2011. He has ranked in the top 2% of World Scientists in 2023 for career-long impact and single-year impact.       Dr. S. H. Laskar was born in Nitainagar (Hailakandi), Assam (India) in 1962.
