Cette étude intitulée "Impact du programme de connexion des commerçants et des acheteurs de Radio Benue sur les ventes de produits et de services à Makurdi, au Nigeria" a été conçue pour évaluer l'impact du programme de connexion des commerçants et des acheteurs de Radio Benue sur les ventes de produits et de services dans la métropole de Makurdi. La recherche a utilisé une méthode d'enquête pour collecter des données auprès des personnes interrogées dans la métropole de Makurdi. L'étude a également révélé que les commerçants et les acheteurs écoutent la plupart des épisodes du programme et qu'ils y participent régulièrement. Le chercheur a également constaté que l'impact positif du programme Trader-Buyer Connection sur les ventes et la clientèle est minime. L'étude a enfin révélé que la principale force du programme Trader-Buyer Connection est le soutien aux entreprises locales, la principale faiblesse est une promotion inadéquate et, de manière générale, les commerçants et les acheteurs ne sont pas satisfaits du programme. L'étude recommande à Radio Benue de développer un plan de marketing complet afin d'accroître sa visibilité.
