The conference is also held in cooperationwith the Association for Computing Machinery and the IEEEComputer Society. The volume includes refereed papers froman international group of software engineering educators, along with reports from the SEI, panel discussions, andcontributions by invited speakers. Several papers focus onthe theme of the 1994 conference: putting the engineeringinto software engineering. These papers address variousaspects of applying the principles and methods oftraditional engineering disciplines to software engineering.
