Rituparna Chaki is a full professor in the A K Choudhury School of Information Technology, University of Calcutta, India. She is a visiting professor in the AGH University of Science & Technology, Cracow, Poland, for more than twelve years. Her research interest ranges from optical network topologies to distributed computing and wireless network routing and security. She is associated in organizing many conferences in India and abroad as a program chair, OC chair, or member of Technical Program Committee. She has published more than 100 research papers in reputed journals and peer-reviewed conference proceedings. Her h-index is 20 with more than 1600 citations. She is a professional member of IEEE and ACM. Rituparna had been Secretary for ACMW-India and is a chapter chair for ACM Professional Chapter, Kolkata.
Agostino Cortesi, Ph.D., is a full professor of computer science at Ca' Foscari University, Venice, Italy. He has extensive experience in the area of software engineering and software verification. His main research interests concern requirements engineering and static analysis techniques, with particular emphasis on security applications. He serves as a co-editor in chief of the book series "Services and Business Process Reengineering" published by Springer Nature. He has published more than 200 papers in high-level international journals and proceedings of international conferences. According to Scopus, his h-index is 26, with more than 2.000 citations. Currently, he holds the chairs of “Software Engineering,” “Program Analysis and Verification,” “Computer Networks and Information Systems,” and “Data Programming,” and he serves as a coordinator of an international collaboration project between Italy and Ethiopia and as a unit leader in two Erasmus+ projects.
Dr. Khalid Saeed is a full professor of Computer Science at Bialystok University of Technology. He was with visiting professor at Universidad de La Costa, Barranquilla, Colombia in 2020-2024. He was also with Warsaw University of Technology in 2014-2019 and with AGH Krakow in 2008-2014. He received his B.Sc. Degree from Baghdad University in 1976, M.Sc. and Ph.D. (distinguished) degrees from Wroclaw University of Technology in Poland in 1978 and 1981, respectively. He received his D.Sc. Degree (Habilitation) in Computer Science from the PAS in Warsaw in 2007. He was nominated by the president of Poland for the title of Professor in 2014.
Nabendu Chaki is a professor and head of the Department Computer Science and Engineering, University of Calcutta, Kolkata, India. He is an editor-in-chief of the Springer Nature book series on Services and Business Process Reengineering. Besides editing about 40 conference proceedings with Springer, Dr. Chaki has authored 9 text and research books with CRC Press, Springer Nature, etc. He has published more than 250 Scopus indexed research articles in journals and international conferences with h-index of 17. Prof. Chaki has served as a visiting professor in different places including US Naval Postgraduate School, California, and in different Universities in Italy and Poland. He had been the founder chair of ACM Professional Chapter in Kolkata and served in that capacity for three years since January 2014.
Dr. Novarun Deb is an assistant professor at the Department of Electrical and Software Engineering, University of Calgary, and full members of the Hotchkiss Brain Institute and the Mathison Centre for Mental Health Research and Education. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Calcutta followed by his postdoctoral research at Ca’ Foscari University, Italy. His research centers around sustainable software engineering and AI-driven tools for early Alzheimer's Disease diagnosis using multi-modal biomarkers. He has authored over 30 publications and serves as a guest editor for journals like Frontiers in Computer Science. He is also a recipient of multiple Best Paper awards and competitive grants including Schulich Momentum, VPR Catalyst, and the Mitacs Business Strategic Internship (BSI) grants. He is also the director of the Memory Empowerment and Sustainable Software Intelligence (MESSI) Research Lab which has a team of eight researchers at present.
