Dr. Vikas Sharma I am an associate professor at the University School of Business at Chandigarh University. My academic journey includes a specialized Master's in Business Administration (MBA) focusing on Finance, followed by a Ph.D. in Management concentrated on Finance and Accounting. With a cumulative experience of 15 years in academia and professional spheres, I possess a robust understanding and proficiency in my field. In addition to my academic endeavors, I have cultivated competencies in administrative support and adeptly handling data analysis. I am actively pursuing an engaging opportunity within the finance sector to apply further and expand upon my expertise and capabilities. Dr. Munish Gupta As an Associate Professor at Chandigarh University's University School of Business, I focus on behavioural studies, particularly in technology adoption. My research navigates people's and organisations' intricate decisions when encountering new technologies. I blend psychology, sociology, and economics to unravel these complex processes. Prof. (Dr. ) Nilesh Arora As a professor and director at Chandigarh University's School of Business, my primary focus is marketing and behavioral research, specifically delving into technology adoption. My studies are centered on unraveling the complex decisions individuals and organisations make when faced with new technologies. At the core of my research lies the cognitive dimension of technology adoption, investigating how people's thoughts, emotions, and convictions mold their willingness to welcome novel technological advancements. Dr. Alvaro Rocha Álvaro Rocha holds the title of Honorary Professor, and holds a D.Sc. in Information Science, Ph.D. in Information Systems and Technologies, M.Sc. in Information Management, and BCs in Computer Science. He is a Professor of Information Systems at the University of Lisbon - ISEG, researcher at the ADVANCE (the ISEG Centre for Advanced Research in Management), and a collaborator researcher at both LIACC (Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science) and CINTESIS (Center for Research in Health Technologies and Information Systems). His main research interests are maturity models, information systems quality, online service quality, requirements engineering, intelligent information systems, e-Government, e-Health, and information technology in education. He is also Vice-Chair of the IEEE Portugal Section Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society Chapter, and Founder and Editor-in-Chief of two Scopus and SCIMago journals: JISEM - Journal of Information Systems Engineering & Management; and RISTI - Revista Ibérica de Sistemas e Tecnologias de Informação / Iberian Journal of Information Systems and Technologies. Additionally, he is the Scientific Manager of the Information Systems Engineering & Management book series (series ID 17396) at Springer-Nature, the world's leading publisher of publications in Science, Technology and Health.
