I'm a new Nutri-Pot owner, and this has given me a better idea of how the thing works, even though it's written for Instant Pot, so some of the settings have different names. So glad to have it. The great thing about this book is that it has plenty of background about the root causes and evidence to back it up, but you can also just get started and then read up as you go along.
